Our goal is your safety, we want you to act on the information we have given you. Make the changes and repairs that we suggested. Does a family member want to discuss an aspect of the report with us, or a contractor want clarification......please give us a call.

After you receive the report, you should read it carefully and make changes necessary to improve the safety and habitability of your home. Many of the issues will be simple to deal with and can be done quickly and without a lot of cost.
