Can a Home Fail ?

The Safety-Check by a trained professional is visual non invasive Inspection. The Inspector does not work for the state or county, and has no mandate to disclose any of the findings with any government departments.

The Inspector is not there as judge and jury, there is no pass or fail at the conclusion of the Safety-Check. The Inspector works as a second set of eyes for you, to help you live safely in your home, to reduce the potential for accidents. The results of the report are confidential.

A pass or fail grade will only be in the eyes of the person for whom the Safety-Check is performed. It is theirs to decide what the Check-up results mean in relativity to their situation.
