Buyer's Inspection Service serves the entire Miami Valley including the following cities and surrounding areas: Fairborn, Yellow Springs, Xenia, Waynesville, Springboro, Tipp City and all of the Dayton Metro area. We will work outside these areas, please call for scheduling.

We are not affiliated with any real estate company, construction company or other Inspection company. Our sole interest during the Safety Check-Up is in helping you, our customer, better understand the actual condition of your home! You will get a qualified impartial opinion about the safety of the property from a certified (ACI/CRI) Inspector.

Buyer' Inspection Service is not a franchise or multi office Inspection company. Locally owned and operated since 1998. The company is registered by the secretary of state to do business in the State of Ohio. Buyer's Inspection Service is operated and Incorporated in Ohio.

Our Inspection Report
Our Inspection report is broken down into categories, so it is easy to read and understanding. This makes it easy for you to utilize the information to your best advantage. You receive the report with its recommendations at the end of the Safety Check.

Ask Questions
During the Safety Check we encourage you to ask questions. It is important that you understand the problems we point out to you and why they should be addressed. Don't be shy... it is our job to help you. We never consider a question silly or inconsequential, if you have a concern voice it and we will help, that's what we do.

Questions are common, we are always available by phone at no extra charge, any time you need us. Just call.
