At the end of the Inspection the Inspector will prepare your Inspection report on site. There is no waiting around, the information is in your hands when we are finished.

Any problem the Inspector observed is clearly noted, and the location in the building is given. The Inspection report you receive is not just a "fill in the blanks" report, it is a detailed, customized analysis of the property.

The Inspector will explain the report and the forms to you before he leaves.

Inspected items that are in working order are checked "performing intended function" and those items that need immediate attention are reported as "repair/ replace". Less serious problems are reported separately and checked as "immediate repair or replace"
