David Roche AIS, ACI, CRI
Has a background that includes construction and remodeling. He started Buyer's Inspection Service in 1998 and has performed in excess of 5000 Inspections since then. A firm believer in doing the job properly and the value of ongoing education to keep abreast of the latest trends and construction techniques.
A member of ASHI, American Society of Home Inspectors and an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI). Member of NAHI, National Association of Home Inspectors and is a Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI). Ryan White AIS,
Brings years of construction experience to the Home Inspection team. Having studied architecture and construction techniques at Sinclair College, he used this training to start a successful construction and remodeling company in Dayton. A qualified building specialist with a broad knowledge of all the components in a home and a deep understanding of new construction.

Radon Technician
Our expert when it comes to radon testing and the interpretation of the results. Jerry who trained as a radon expert in Pittsburgh in 2007, is the owner of the Radon Detective. He Licensed by the State of Ohio Department of Heath as a "Radon Tester" (License # RT586).
Jerry follows strict EPA guidelines and protocol when setting up a radon his monitors. He uses the newest technology for accurate and prompt results. There is never a conflict of interest because radon mitigation is not offered or performed.
The monitors used are from Sun Nuclear model 1028 and are classified as "Continuous Monitors". This type of monitor gives the radon level average immediately after the 48 hour test without sending anything to a lab.
