Gas line testing
The gas lines are checked for leaks using electronic leak detecting equipment.
Water testing
Samples are taken to establish the safety or quality of the drinking water in the home.
For bacteria testing, analysis will be conducted by an EPA approved testing lab.
Well system evaluation
Quality, flow and pressure tests - Testing and Inspection designed to determine if there are problems with the well, the pump and its associated equipment. In many cases wells do not produce adequate water for normal household use.

included in Inspection charge, so you only have to write one check.
