One call does it all, simply tell us...
1. When you would like us to do the Inspection
2. The name of your Realtor and his/her company
3. The name of the seller's real estate company and the Realtor's name (if possible)
4. The address of the property
We do all the phoning and other activities required to set up the inspection. When it is all organized, we will phone you and your Realtor back confirming the details, including the date and time.
Payment for services rendered is expected at the time of the Inspection. The computerized report is presented on site at the conclusion of the inspection.
Our office hours are 9.00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday, and 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on Saturday. After office hours please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Inspections are performed Monday thru Saturday.
We try to work with your schedule as much as possible.
Our standard scheduled Inspection time slots are 8.30, 11.45 and 3.15
