Our pricing is based on the square footage of the property. All inspection fees include one heating/ cooling system and one garage. If the heating system is gas, propane or oil fired, the Carbon Monoxide/ Gas test fee is added.

Partial Inspection       (Maximum two items - call for details) $150

Your inspection fee is based on numerous factors;

  • The square footage of the property
  • Type (House/Condo/Commercial)
  • The location of the property
  • Basement/Crawl/ Barns etc (on smaller properties they may be included) 
  • Testing or additional inspections

    This should give you an idea of what the cost will be.

                           - Crawl space - under building        (no basement) $25
                           - Unfinished basement (& crawl if applicable) $25
                           - Finished basement     (& crawl if applicable) $35

Additional Units Heating and/or Cooling system(s) Each $20
Trip charge (may be added outside metro area) $10/30

STEP #4
Water Tests & Well System Evaluation
Note: Bacteria tests need to be analyzed in the laboratory and are time 
           sensitive, can only be done Monday, thru Wednesday. 
Note: Bacteria is only needed if the well is used for drinking water.
