Carbon Monoxide - Gas Leak Testing This
agreement is between Buyer’s Inspection Service and the
person or persons named on the report for limited additional
tests as indicated at the property named on the report. It
is understood and agreed by client that these inspections do
not in any way imply a warranty or guaranty that the
individual components within the entire system are in perfect
working order. It
is also understood Gas Leak test:
It is understood by client that this is not a pressure test of the
complete gas system and the inspection and testing is limited
to the accessible valves and couplings in the habitable areas
of the property. No
testing is conducted on the meter or exterior gas lines or
those that are not visible or readily accessible to the
inspector in the habitable areas of the property. No testing or inspection of the valves, controls, pilot,
pressure or flow-regulating devices or appliance-specific
devices supplied by the manufacturer on the hot water heater,
furnace or other gas-supplied appliance(s) are included in
this test. Carbon Monoxide (CO): It is understood by client that this is a limited test, giving a reading of the carbon monoxide levels in parts per million at the time of inspection for the listed equipment. It is understood by client that these inspections do not imply a guaranty or guarantee that the individual components within the entire system are in perfect working order. It is also understood that in no way shall Buyer's Inspection Service, its agents or inspectors be held liable for any hardship or monetary damage suffered by the client as a result of subsequent leaks or problems of/with the inspected system(s) See
