When asking for a price quote, make sure that the price quoted includes a written report. Note: If you need to have a termite treatment, 1) Is the treatment warranty transferable to another owner. 2) What is the annual inspection cost of the extended warranty. 3) Does the warranty include an annual inspection and re-treatment at no additional cost if termites are found again. Note: The annual cost of treatment using the bating system can be very expensive to maintain. It is important that all buildings are inspected for termite infestations and damage prior to being purchased. State of Ohio law prohibits Home Inspectors from inspecting for termite infestations.
