Buyer's Inspection Service is an independent, professional Home Inspection company that is locally owned and operated.

The Inspectors: 
David Roche and Ryan White

David Roche has a background that includes construction, remodeling and rehabbing older homes since 1977, in the United States and in Ireland (where he was born). 
David is a member in good standing of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and is one of the few home inspectors in Ohio to hold the prestigious nationally awarded Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI) designation. 
A current member and past president of the Ohio chapter of NAHI.
Graduated from the American Inspectors Society (A.I.S.) training Institute in Atlanta with distinction in 1998. David is Board Certified and a life member of the American Inspectors Society, he was elected to the Board of Directors and has been a frequently invited guest lecturer at their training classes. 
Additionally, David has been awarded two the A.I.S. Inspector of the year awards.

A popular speaker at numerous local and state business as well as at real estate seminars. David teaches continuing education courses approved by the state of Ohio. Classes are presented to all new Realtors in the Dayton Board of Realtors explaining the role of the home inspection and home inspector. Quarterly seminars for Realtors at the Dayton Area Board of Realtors on "understanding and interpreting home inspections" explains how Realtors can identify problems and deal with the results of a Home Inspection.

Retired (just too busy doing inspections on Saturdays) from his position hosting a live call in radio show, "The Home Inspector" on Dayton's WHIO1290.

Ryan White brings years of construction experience to the home inspection world. For the last three years Ryan has worked very closely with David, assisting with large commercial inspections and running his remodeling crew. Having worked on residential and commercial properties Ryan knows the standard David seeks when he is looking at new construction or inspecting an older property.

Having graduated from the American Inspectors Society (A.I.S.) training Institute in Atlanta with distinction, he is setting a high standard when it comes to inspecting your property. Ryan’s knowledge of construction is extensive, having started out as an electrician (2001) and moving into whole house restorations and remodeling where he found his niche as both a finish carpenter and expert tile layer.

Certified by the American Inspector’s Society (AIS) and a member in good standing of both the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and the American Inspector’s Society (AIS)

  A native of Dayton , having grown up in Englewood . Ryan became interested in construction at an early age as he helped with the maintenance of his church (his father is Pastor). Ryan is an avid musician and very active in sports.

The Inspection Coordinator:

Denise is ready to help with all the aspects of your home inspection. A native of Beavercreek, Ohio, Denise knows all about the "in's and out's" of your real estate transaction.
Denise will do all the calling needed to set up your home inspection , relieving you of countless hours of back and forward calling between all the real estate agents, their offices and the occupants of the house you are purchasing.

Licensing of Home Inspectors:
At the present time, only a few states require that home inspectors be licensed. It is because of this lack of licensing and regulation that it is so important for you to choose a home inspector who adheres to the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) standards of practice and code of ethics.
