"The Home Inspector" was a very popular, live local phone-in talk show, hosted by the Home Inspection expert David Roche of Buyer's Inspection Service. The call in talk show on Dayton's WHIO 1290 AM. Every Saturday afternoon from 2 pm to 3 pm. listeners were entertained and informed as a different guest joined the Home Inspection expert. Every thing from drains to wallpapering was discussed along with the various issues related to home ownership and the various ways that home owners can help themselves get more money for their house when they sell. Topics relating to the importance of "how to be" a better, more knowledgeable and informed home buyer kept the calls coming in. During the season the weekly programs varied with discussions ranging from finding a Realtor you liked dealing with, to the pro's and con's of rehabbing a kitchen. Due to the rigorous demands of the home inspection business and the desire for some time at home with his family David decided to give up the program. Keep your ears tuned, we may pick up the mike again!
