Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certified professionals are highly skilled experts on the front-lines of the home performance industry.

David holds two Energy Audit Certifications,
1. Building Analyst, addressing the relationship between insulation, energy use and indoor air quality within a structure.
2. Envelope Analyst, looking at the exterior structure and its relation to overall energy efficiency of the property.

BPI's nationally recognized credentialing program identifies individuals who have trained in house-as-a-system evaluation, diagnostics and energy saving component installation. Stringent technical standards and requirements mean that BPI certified professionals are qualified to make recommendations concerning, state and utility energy efficiency incentive programs and weatherization assistance programs.
