Buyer's Inspection Service serves the entire Miami Valley including the following cities and surrounding areas: Fairborn, Yellow Springs, Xenia, Waynesville, Springboro, Tipp City and all of the Dayton Metro area.
We will work outside these areas, please call for scheduling.

We are not affiliated with any real estate company, construction company or other Inspection company. Our sole interest during the inspection is in helping you, our customer, better understand the actual condition of the home! You will get a qualified impartial opinion about the condition of the property from a certified (ACI/CRI) Inspector who will not benefit from the repair or sale of the property.

Ask Questions
During the consultation the Inspector will encourage you to ask questions so you understand everything about the issues at hand.
Don't be shy...It is your time, your property ... and it is our job to help you.
We never consider a question silly or non consequential, if you have a concern it should be addressed.
