Many commercial buyers mistakenly think that because their real estate agent organizes the termite inspection, the appraiser and the surveyor, that they automatically organize the Commercial Inspection as well.

This is not so. Because the Commercial Inspection is such an integral part of the purchasing process, most Realtor's require your input in deciding which Inspector you want to use.

You should be involved in selecting the Inspection company that will perform the Inspection for your company or business. It is your decision, be wise, be informed.
After all, the Inspector will be working for you!
