I can't remember when I felt I needed to pay more money for a service or product I've purchased. That's exactly how I felt earlier this week when David Roche of Buyer's Inspection Service, performed an inspection on a home I'm purchasing.
The service started when I placed the call to request the home inspection. Suzanne Roche, the Inspection Coordinator answered the phone with a "CAN I HELP YOU ATTITUDE". She took the time to find out my needs and then immediately began to schedule my appointment. I need to comment that this house has a pool that I wanted included in the general house inspection. Suzanne told me that her company didn't cover pools but she didn't just dump my request. Suzanne knowing I was new in the area called me back within an hour, with an appointment time for the home inspection and a list of pool inspectors to use.
When David did the inspection I could not believe his concentration to detail. Being a product of corporate relocation, I have had many home inspections over the years; David's work was "SUPERIOR BAR NONE". David checked everything from the roof of the house, to the unknown attic, to every outlet. David covered areas of the home that the former owners of eighteen years had never ventured into. Having David do my home inspection uncovered safety items that the previous owners were not aware of. Had these items been left undetected, they could have possibly caused future damage to the home or harmed myself. I must add that finding these items took David going beyond what is expected in a general house inspection. Once completed, David walks you through every room of the house and discuss with you the items found, while providing suggestions to correct any non conformities. The final inspection is delivered to you in a detailed book, which is very professional, litigable and user friendly. David provides the book on the spot when the inspection is done. This personalized service doesn't stop here; David provides a website where you can get follow up information.
I can't say enough good things about the honest, personalized service from the phone contact with Suzanne to the inspection provided by David. I don't believe you can get a more professional in depth home inspection Buyer's Inspection Service is simply the best in their business.
